To improve system security, Holtek CRM systems have been converted to a passwordless authentication version. Use instructions are as follows:
1. All users are requested to Register Passwordless Authentication, and switch to the new application system to adapt to the new authentication method as soon as possible.
2.During registration, passwordless authentication offers the highest security, followed by QRCode authentication (network type's passwordless authentication), and then OTP + email signature token. The system allows simultaneous registration of multiple authentication modes. Passwordless authentication is recommended as the preferred method.
3. If you encounter any problems during registration, please first refer to the Passwordless Authentication Operation Manual or email to jolee@holtek.com.tw or bryan@holtek.com.tw for assistance.
4. Each application system offers both the new passwordless version and the old version. The new passwordless version is listed first, followed by the old version.
5. We will remove all "Old version" links after June 1, 2026. The "Old version" application sytstem will no longer be usable after June 1, 2026.
